365 People....The Beginning

So as I said in my main blog, I wanted to do the x365 challenge. I didn't plan on doing it this soon, but tonight I was surrounded with a handful of people that I had almost forgotten that I'd want to include...and it kinda kicked me in the butt that there's no harm in starting it now. I can make posts up ahead, and even if I get behind, I can always add them a couple days late (I can't see that happening, but I might as well leave the door open, right?). Besides, what better time to start than at the beginning of the year which is right around the corner!

Before I go off on a wild ramble, I'll repeat the challenge quote. The really hard part for me is going to be limiting my word count. I haven't decided how many words I'll limit it to yet, although I'm thinking 50 should be alright.

A cool trend-setter named Dan Waber turned 40 and decided to name 365 interesting people in his life and write about one of them every day for his 40th year. He challenged others to join him.

That's what Otter's blog said...and that's what I'm following. Starting after this post, I'll be limited to 50 words or so. Don't be surprised if I start another blog specifically to elaborate on certain stories about some of these people, lol. Wish me luck!
